Sleep Training Client Interview

When I work with tired parents, it’s important to me that these clients communicate their goals with me and that we can work together to achieve those goals. It’s a beautiful feeling when the baby and parents start getting more sleep and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I wish I could share everyone’s story with you, but for now, here is Kristen’s story.

If you feel like you relate to Kristen, don’t hesitate to reach out to see if you and I would be a good fit to work together.

1. What was sleep like before you contacted me?
Charlie was 4.5/5 months old and up 6 times a night every night!

2. What were you hesitant about before contacting me?
Nothing —I decided I had nothing to lose and really liked that you offered a free intro call!

3. What was working with me like? What did you love/find the most valuable about our relationship?
You were super responsive and prompt and spelled out a crystal clear plan that both of us could follow. I really liked that you were understanding of our parental preferences but also encouraging at every step of the way!

4. How has our consultation impacted other areas of your life, other than just sleep?
Sleep is EVERYTHING when it comes to working FT and having young kids/infants. Our lack of sleep was affecting everything from health to wellness to patience to fitness to worrying –we were so thankful to have arrived at such a better sleep schedule in such a short amount of time!

5. How is sleep going now? Add anything you’d like here 😊
Going great!  Charlie is 2.5 now (sleeps 7:30pm-6:30am) and his little brother (now 4.5 months old) has been SO much easier in terms of getting him down at night, feeling like we are on top of his schedule, not questioning our approach as much/feeling confident in our plan, etc. –so the benefit of our program with you was that it was a huge win for Charlie but also 2 years later for his baby brother (and us again!) as well!

6. Anything else you think new parents would be interested in?
I think the fact that the package is still beneficial not just in the age bracket that the child is in now, but later on, too is really something I hadn’t considered, but it’s certainly SO helpful. Thank you again!!

xo,

Kristen
