Before we begin, I conduct a thorough intake assessment to understand your child’s background. I have experience supporting children with reflux, sensory needs, and other considerations, and I’ll always collaborate with your pediatrician when needed.
Yes, when done with care and appropriate support. Sleep training does not harm attachment or emotional development when it’s personalized, responsive, and developmentally appropriate—just like my approach.
