A sleep consultant is a professional who helps parents develop their child’s independent sleep skills. They work one-on-one to identify areas of improvement and create a plan to achieve their goals.
If you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing works, you may need professional help.
You’ll fill out a comprehensive sleep assessment form, and I’ll create your customized sleep plan. Once we go through the entire plan together, you will implement the changes, and I will be there to support you. You’ll keep track of your child’s sleep in a Google Spreadsheet Sleep Log, and we’ll keep in touch during the consultation period.
Every child and every family is different. Generally, within 2 weeks, you’ll see tremendous change and significant improvement.
