Prenatal/Newborn Guides:

What age is considered a newborn for your services?

Our newborn care support is designed for families with babies from birth to 12 weeks old. If your baby is older, we can guide you with age-appropriate sleep and care solutions.

Do you offer virtual or in-person consultations?

We offer both! Virtual consultations provide the flexibility to meet from anywhere in the world via phone and email. In-person sessions are available in the Rochester, NY area.

Will this involve a strict sleep schedule for my baby?

Not at all! Newborns thrive on flexible routines. We focus on creating gentle rhythms that support their natural needs while helping you lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits.

I’m not sure if I’m ready for sleep training. Can this still help?

Absolutely. This isn’t about sleep training—it’s about creating a calm, nurturing environment and helping you understand your baby’s cues. Sleep training is typically reserved for older babies, and we’ll guide you when the time is right.

How soon will I see results?

Every baby and family is different, but many parents see improvements in sleep, feeding, and soothing within the first week of applying the techniques we teach.

What if I have more questions after our session?

We’re here for you! Most of our packages include follow-up support, so you’ll have access to additional guidance as you apply what you’ve learned.
