Meet Missy

Hi, I’m Missy! Welcome to my “zone of genius.”

I’m here to help your family blossom.

Do you feel exhausted and overwhelmed?

  • Baby not sleeping?
  • Toddler struggling with Potty Training?
  • Need help teaching your child to communicate?

With my customized one-on-one support, you’re:

  • Talking to a real human, getting real-time answers to your questions
  • Gaining knowledge from a professional, with 15+ years of experience in early childhood education
  • Connecting with a seasoned mom of 3. I’ve been there, done that.

Take the guesswork out of sleep training and potty training. Stick with me through your baby’s early childhood years and watch your family bloom.

I’m speaking from experience because… motherhood isn’t perfect for me either!

I was a sleep deprived 1st-time mom >

I learned through trial and error >

I have 3 kids with 3 different learning styles >

Now, I’ve been through several extensive training programs and I know how to solve your child’s struggles without guesswork.

I’m here to help you and be your biggest cheerleader while giving you back your sanity!

Slumber and Bloom values:

  1. Your choices on how you want to raise your child
  2. Getting enough sleep for the sake of your sanity
  3. Individuality among babies and toddlers’ personalities
  4. Spending quality time with your child and bonding on a daily basis
  5. The importance of routines and schedules… and flexibility of living your life (Hello, 80/20 rule!)
  6. Winding down at the end of each day, with time to connect with yourself and your partner

When I’m off the clock…

It’s solo dance parties and “sold-out concerts” in my living room.

While I take my job/passion very seriously, when I’m not working, you can find me being silly, loud, and bold. “Life is too short to be anything but happy,” so I try to live every day to the fullest. If you see me at my favorite Barre class at my local YMCA, don’t be shy, come to say hi! I love making friends and meeting my clients IRL.

More about me:

So, Am I the consultant that will help your family bloom?

  • You’ve heard my story
  • You know my passions.
  • Do you feel like we’re besties already?!
  • I’m all ears, ready to open my heart to you and your family.
  • I’m prepared to weed out your struggles, plant strong roots, and watch your family blossom.
  • I’ll turn your sleepless nights into silent bliss.
  • I’ll help you potty train within a week.
  • I’ll give you back your time, your rest, and your sanity.
  • I’ll take out the guesswork so you can enjoy the little moments with your child.

Every day may not be good, but there's something g Every day may not be good, but there's something good in every day.

Some days, it's ok to just try to survive. And that's what this past week was for me!

Happy to start a new week. ❤️
Listen, there are 730 days in your baby's first 2 Listen, there are 730 days in your baby's first 2 years of life. So if you have to struggle through only 5 sleep regressions… it's not that bad, Right?! 🤪

OK, OK, I'll level with you. Sleep regressions suck. But the silver lining is that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

When it's simply just a sleep regression that is interrupting your baby's sleep, you know that it's not going to last forever!

The only thing that you need to do, is stay consistent.

Are you currently going through a sleep regression with your baby? If so, leave a comment and let me know how old your baby is and I will DM you with some tips to get through it!
Eat, Play, Sleep, REPEAT. Eat, Play, Sleep, REPEAT Eat, Play, Sleep, REPEAT.
Eat, Play, Sleep, REPEAT.
Eat, Play, Sleep, REPEAT.

All day, erry day.

You can start using Eat, Play, Sleep as soon as you bring your baby home from the hospital, but you don't need to worry about it AT ALL during month one. The first month of your baby's life should be focused on learning about your baby and letting your baby learn about the world. You DON'T need to be focused on routine yet.

During month 2, you can start practicing Eat, Play, Sleep and fine tune it during month 3.

When month 4 comes along, you're going to adjust to the 4 month sleep regression and settle into your new routines.

Using Eat, Play, Sleep means your baby isn't learning to feed- to- sleep and they're having enough time to digest their food (breastmilk or formula) and will reduce stomach pains at bedtime.
